Coverage
Who uses which masts?
There are four radio networks in the UK. Every value SIM you have heard of rides one of them. Check the host’s coverage map — not the brand’s logo — for Frome or anywhere else.
If EE covers your street, BT Mobile, Plusnet Mobile and 1p Mobile usually do too. If Three is thin on the lane to Nunney, Smarty will be thin as well. That is the whole trick.
Travel eSIMs — Ubigi, Airalo, Holafly, Nomad, Saily, GigSky, Maya Mobile, Firsty — are different. They buy radio from local partners in each country. They do not sit on one UK host, and they do not replace a Frome home number.

Questions
The short version.
Does a cheaper brand have worse signal?
Not because it is cheaper. Signal follows the host. A cheap EE SIM and an EE contract use the same masts.
Do I get the host’s extras?
No. O2 Priority, Vodafone extras and EE extras stay with those brands. The MVNO sells the radio, not the club.
How do I check Frome?
Use the official EE, O2, Vodafone and Three checkers with a BA11 postcode. We list them on the Frome page.
